When is the next beta coming out?

Why does it take so long to go from one beta version to the next? Last beta (670b1) came out on 4/2; it's now 4/23. Firefox has new betas every week.

Chosen solution

Last I saw the betas were crashing, and until they get a handle on the crash the channel is basically closed off.

Just keep in mind that Firefox has a new version every 6 weeks. We have one about once a year (Matched to the Firefox ESR cycle). So a short delay in beta is not considered as critical as solving the bug as a new release version will not be released into the wild for months yet. There is a level of urgency in reopening the beta channel however as the comment here indicates https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1530207#c40

Thanks. I am not a programmer, and reading the thread shows a lot of work. You guys are great.

I'm just an "update" junkie; I live for updates. Really enjoy getting them and seeing the programs work.
