"Words with Friends " hangs wile loading. Works in 3 other browsers.
Odd, not the first time it happened, but it cleared itself up last time. This started happening after the last update. I cleared the cache, cookies, etc. Deleted and updated Flash Player. Couldn't see a place to uninstall the game itself. WWF starts with the game flash, circling the logo, but keeps circling and never starts. I've tried to wait it out this time and it hasn't started working.
It works in Opera, Chrome and Edge. Thanks!

FYI!
Someone answered from an FB WWF page and tried a barrage of things. When all the addons were disabled, I resorted to the address bar.
I disabled tracking for facebook.com and it started working.
So I'm hoping Facebook Container will do the same blocking, because it's working with FBC enabled.
Thanks!
Phil

Hi thephilster, your screenshot shows the Facebook Container extension is running, which could affect the cross-site communication used for FB games. Do you recall having to do anything special to allow the game to work with this extension before?

I don't know. A couple users reported problems starting Scrabble and a couple starting Words With Friends. Have you seen discussion about it on Facebook anywhere?
Good idea, I left a post in a couple WWF Facebook pages, hope that reveals something!
Thanks again!

Hi thephilster, if Tracking Protection was the problem, that makes sense, because these games need to make a cross-site grab of your FB user data in order to run. I think what Facebook Container does is put them in a little group together so they can exchange data without including other sites in the arrangement. However, I haven't tested myself.
From what I read, that's the way FBC works. thanks!
