where are the retention policy account settings

I can find the folder properties retention settings tab and the checkbox is set to "Use Account Settings" I have looked and looked and I cannot find the Account Settings for retention. Where is this? Thanks

For IMAP accounts, it's under Synchronization & Storage in Tools/Account Settings.
