Are you referring to your Firefox Account?
As far as I am aware, we do not deliberatly lock peoples accounts. Perhaps you have forgotton the password or have it registered under a different email address?
Well it says we have locked your account.

How to take a screenshot on your Android phone or tablet depends on the particular device and Android version but here are two common methods:
- Press and hold the Sleep/wake button and the volume-down button simultaneously until the screen flashes.
- If the above did not work and your device has a home button, press and hold the home button and the power button simultaneously until the screen flashes.
Afterwards, find the screenshot image in the Gallery app.
If neither method works, you can visit an Android forum such as forums.androidcentral.com for help with your specific device.
Once you've done this, attach the saved screenshot file to your forum post by clicking the Browse... button below the Post your reply box. This will help us to visualize the problem.
