Hi ExTeeP, I can explain that one. In the Developer Edition, XUL files have been removed. Please use the following URL:

chrome://pippki/content/resetpassword.xhtml

Did you try to remove logins.json and key4.db in the profile folder ? The key4.db file store the master password and logins.json stotres the encrypt logins.

You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page (root location).
