Hi. For an Exchange account, the Sent Items messages start appearing but then keep disappearing. Please help.

based on folder names I am guessing you are using the owl add-on to access exchange. I suggest you contact the author for support.

I did contact the author, who responded with questions, which I answered but haven't been able to receive another response. Any other suggestions please?
