Do you have the ReminderFox add-on enabled? It can make tags (labels) invisible in the Threads Pane.

Thanks for the answer. Disabled ReminderFox and tags began to display. But in the new version, the very convenient Subject Manager add-on stopped working.

The author of Subject Manager states that it will not be updated for TB 68, and I'm not aware of any other add-on that performs this function.
