How do I clear my cache?
I'm on an old laptop with an old browser which I can't update. That shouldn't
be an issue because for something that seems to be the solution for like 99.9%
of the problems you get we're told to "clear the cache"
I've looke in both options/ security and options/ privacy. Nothing there about
clearing a cache. Options/ any of the others there's nothing about clearing the
cache. "play DRM content" whatever that is, I have no problem finding that.
That's righ there easy to find us if people use it all the time. But clear the
cache? Nope, that has to be hidden.
Chosen solution
The problem is that the documentation for Firefox 52 has been replaced on the Mozilla support website with the newer interface.
However, on Firefox 52, the option to clear the cache in the Advanced section of the Firefox settings page. In that section, if you click Network, there should be a Cached Web Content section with a Clear Now button.
Hope this helps.

In case you need to clear the cookies as well (recommended):
Clear the Cache and remove the Cookies for websites that cause problems via the "3-bar" Firefox menu button (Options/Preferences).
"Remove the Cookies" for websites that cause problems:
- Options/Preferences -> Privacy -> Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history" -> Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Already posted: "Clear the Cache":
- Options/Preferences -> Advanced -> Network
Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
Thank you both
