We run 14 citrix xenworker using the same basis image. But there are some machines where the users are not able to view or safe passwords. The problem occurs on diffrent machines after each restart so there is no pattern.

Hi,

we updated to 68.5 last weekend. The Problem existed before and also now. But It occurs only on some machines, on other machines with the same version (68.5) out of the same citrix image it doesn´t occur. While rebooting the 14 xenworker it will occur on other machines. So there is no pattern which machine will be affected after rebooting.

What password files are in the profile ?

Is that only logins.json and key4.db or is there a key3.db file present ?

A present key3.db file and a possible corrupted key4.db file could be causing such issues.

It's only logins.json and key4.db. There is no corrupt file, I allready checked this. The web console says something about NS_Error:

NS_ERROR_FAILURE: Couldn't decrypt string

Solution for that should be renaming the pcks12.txt. But first I deleted the file, which changed nothing. Otherwise it worked on another Xenworker with the same profile without deleting pcks12.
