It works now.

Change 2 trackers settings in Options.

Tracking Content = Only in Private Windows

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Hi Fred,

Here's what I tried and result did the video clip play?

refresh - no Safe mode - no I even manually disabled all add-ons - no Cleared cache & deleted all fox cookies -no

Examples:

https://video.foxnews.com/v/6145700777001#sp=show-clips - NO

https://video.foxnews.com/v/5614615980001#sp=watch-live - YES

Only 'watch-live' works. I don't understand what the difference could be.

I have the same issue.

I went to the fox help site and reported the problem earlier today. I hope they'll respond. Their disclaimer about sending a response did not sound very encouraging.
