Mail can be synchronized simply by setting up each account as IMAP on all devices. That's usually the default on mobile devices, instead of POP. To sync calendars and contacts, each device is connected to a network calendar or address book. To add a network calendar to TB, the easiest way is to use an add-on like TBSync.
