Issues with Windows 10, version 2004

more options

I installed Windows 10, version 2004 and ever since, I've had issues opening Firefox. I have to click on it a couple times to get it to open and then when it does open it's a giant silver square. Eventually it loads, but it takes quite a long time.

Prior to this version of windows, I had zero firefox issues. I'm using FF 77.01 (64-bit)

  • In the Firefox Safe Mode window, click the Start in Safe Mode option.
