Hi DMACG, after you verify your email account, you can have a code sent to an authentication app, but I don't know whether you can use SMS.

P.S. Using a Firefox Account is optional and provides access to services such as Sync. You don't need to connect to or sign in to a Firefox Account to browse the web.
