What are the underlined letters in about:preferences#privacy for?
There are underlined letters in about:preferences#privacy, and I was curious about what they do/why are they underlined. This question was asked previously at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1177376, but the answer is no longer valid for current Firefox.
Chosen solution
The underlined letters are so that people using keyboard navigation only are able to select the various parts of the options page.

Note that what I wrote in the thread you mentioned above about using "Alt + Shift + access key" to go to the next occurrence of the underlined letter still holds.
This is the same as how access keys on web pages work.
