I use a Macbook Pro-High Sierra OSX- using Fire Fox V78.0.2 64 bit. I was at the Epson USA website trying to order ink. I kept putting ink cartridges in the shopping cart but nothing happened, shopping cart kept showing empty. This went on for 2 days. I finally emailed Epson, and went through the same thing with them, nothing showed up in the shopping cart, it just wouldnt work. So the Epson guy tells me to use another browser, I bring up Google Chrome and I was able to place my order with no problems. Maybe someone can tell me what happened and how I can fix it. Ive ordered several other things through out today on Fire Fox with no problems, what was happening with the Epson site?

I appreciate any thoughts or ideas any has.

Chosen solution

I solved my problem. After tooling around the Epson website more, I found what the problem was. The Ad blocker was blocking the shopping cart. As soon as I turned it off the shopping cart popped right up. Sooooo, Im very embarrassed that it was that simple and I didnt think of it in the first place. But I found the problem and it might help others as well. Happy ending.

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

Hmm, the ad blocker should not be active with the browser in Safe Mode.

Well done.

Yeah your right that is strange, but the cart still wouldn't work. Maybe after I exited safe mode it helped to clear something. But its working now so again I thank you for your help. Its greatly appreciated.
