Hi.

I have two Exchange email accounts with outlook.office365.com.

One of them was successfully added to Thunderbird using Owl. When I tried to add the second one, I got the following error message, highlighted in yellow: "You already have an OWA account with this hostname. Try using the EWS protocol instead. You can find it in the Owl settings page."

Is there a solution for this issue?

Thanks for your help....

I guess try using the settings page in the owl addon. Really you should seek support for owl on the owl support link not here.
