CAN'T DOWLOAD EMAIL from free's server or another

Hi Since this morning, THUNDERBIRD can't download Email from my free'server, it's the for Gmail'server and outlook's server. THUNDERBIRD seems conected by a message at the bottom of left side of the screen patlevee@free.fr : connecté à pop.free.fr but no download. I've checked configuration and other things but i don't find the solution. Thanks for help All my best Patrick

What are your settings for pop.free.fr? They should be port 110, connection security = none, authentication = password, transmitted insecurely, User Name = part of address before the @.

If you have the correct settings, there may be a corrupted message blocking downloads of other messages, so it should be removed through webmail access to the account.

Hi Thanks for help, i put these new settings and it work great, yesterday the settings where port 995 Connexion security : SSL/TLS authentication = password, transmitted insecurely, User Name = part of address before the @
