Hello,

I use Thunderbird with calendar (lightning) connected to my mail box. The alert functionality works fine, except for one alert. I receive the same alert of a past task, each time I start Thunderbird, since the scheduled task is done, since two months. Selected the first button or the clear button has no effect, the alert still come back when I start Thunderbird. What I did with no success: Remove the task in the calendar ; Recreate and remove the task ; move the task to another day ; clone the task. Everything I did is useless, the alert is still remain when I start Thunderbird. Can you please help me to definitely remove this alert or this issue ? Picture attached.

Solved. Here what I did: - Let the calendar enabled. - Remove the addon google calendar supplier - Tick and confirm when need to unsubscribe to the calendar concerned - Reinstall the addon google calendar supplier - Add and set my calendar : no more the alert repeatably

Remove the Calendar and add it afresh. Export it first, if you don't already have a backup of it.

Thanks for you suggest, OK, so I did it, but it failed. What I did next: - Unsubscribe calendar - Remove the addon google calendar supplier - Disable the addon Lightning - Clean the system with bleach, in particular cache and other of Thunderbird - Reinstall Lightning, the addon google supplier - And finally, I see that my calendar is still here, set fine, but still have this issue of the alert repeatly. So, what can I do next to fix my issue ?
