I don't know if this is an issue being encountered by anyone else, but few days ago all of a sudden twitter.com stopped opening on Firefox for Android. I trying disabling all my add-ons and turning of protection as well, nothing.

The windows browser is having no issues at all. But for some reason the android just won't open twitter. Everytime I try I get the error: "Cannot Complete Request

Additional information about this problem or error is currently unavailable."

Tried on a different network and a different mobile browser, all seems to be working. Any ideas?

Hi warboyziri,

There's an issue with service workers in Firefox recently. You may want to try this.

Hi warboyziri

I have been using Twitter in my copy of Firefox for Android for some time without a problem, but I have a couple of ideas that will make it better for you:

Try clearing cached storage, which will be similar to: open Android Settings, tap “Apps”, find “Firefox” and clear the cached storage (not data!).

I am using a version a couple of versions ahead of the main Release copy. It may be the case there are stability updates due out (very soon!) that will improve the experience for you.

I hope that this helps.

Alas, clearing cache did not do it, but you have a point and maybe an upcoming update solves it :)
