10/16/20 Hello Mozilla, I have recently been getting the following message when I click to send an email in Thunderbird 68.12.1:

"Your message was sent but a copy was not placed in your sent folder (Sent) due to network or file access errors. You can retry or save the message locally to Local Folders/Sent-dan@ddonovandesign.com."

My sent emails are not showing up in the Sent Folder. They did earlier this month. How can this be fixed? Thanks. Dan

Is this a GSuite account? If it is, you may need to uncheck 'Place a copy in' in the Copies & Folders section of Tools/Account Settings, if the mail provider automatically copies sent messages to Sent, as is the case with gmail accounts. If you're not sure, uncheck the box anyway and see if sent messages are saved and there is no error message.
