How Can I stop an Upgrade

I am in TB 68.12.1 I got a notice to upgrade. I clicked the download thinking, well it would download. But it tried to immediately do the upgrade. When I got the windows admin/authorization window, I denied it. But it keeps popping up a message to restart to do the upgrade.

So I thought, I'd reinstall the 68.12.1, then reboot to satisfy the nag. Except it doesn't. I keep getting the nag to reboot to install. The 68.12.1 version seems to be okay so all I want to do is stop TB from trying to upgrade. How can i do that.

BTW I thought TB had been changed to not force the upgrade to 78. IT's kind of disappointing that once again, it is trying to force me to go to a version that still has some problems. 78 is close. I have it on another computer and look at it from time to time but there are a couple things important to me (can't remember at the moment exactly what) that I will lose so I'm still avoiding the upgrade.

What exact outstanding issue are you asking about?

I don't want to upgrade yet. TB has not actually done the upgrade. I'm on 68 and it's working, but keeps wanting upgrade and/or restart.
