Secure connection failed message
I am trying to go into a website that I have used for about a year HealthyBenefitsPlus.com/HWP with no problems. Now when I try to log onto it, it tells me Secure connection failed page trying to view cannot be shown because of authenicity of received data could not be verified. The owner of untrusted-root.badssi.com has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website. This website is connected to my medicare insurance program and it is legitimate. I have contacted Healthy Benefits Plus website and talked to specialists about this problem. They say I am the only one having trouble connecting to their website. They are looking into the problem also. Could you please inform me what caused this problem. This website is only one affected. I need this website for ordering my allotted health items. I cannot connect to any of their many links on webpage.
