Thunderbird email server
Is there option for thunderbird to manage more emails from one place? Example: We have 5 email accounts. Can administrator manage, store, track and save copy (inbox, outbox, draft, folders.......) for all accounts from one place, and still each account to work independent, to log in/out and work from remote computers and mobile phones. Whole conversation to be stored one one place or server and to have complette history on one place?

Yes, TB supports multiple accounts per profile. It's the main advantage of an email program over webmail. Add accounts starting from File/New/Existing Mail Account, or 3-bar app menu, New, Existing Mail Account.
Hi, I know this option for more accounts on one TB. This is usfull. My question is it possible TB to act as a server for all email accounts. We install all email accounts on one TB on one server. Than we install each of this email accounts on TB, on different PC. When user send/receive emails with TB from his local PC, automaticly to be stored copy from all actions on TB on the server. When user create folder in TB on his account on local PC, automaticly this folder to be created and sync on same email account on TB on the server. Which mean to create copy of everything and all actions from account on TB on local PC to TB with all accounts on server, where we can also track and see in real time what all accounts on all local PC are working.
I think what you're describing can be accomplished if all accounts are set up as IMAP on all computers, so that actions taken on one device are synchronized with all other devices with the same account. This works well when a single user is accessing an account on several devices, so there is no chance of conflicting actions occurring simultaneously, but you would have to take some care if multiple users are accessing accounts that exist on multiple devices. You would have to establish rules for which folders are read-only, and ones that particular users can control completely.
