Firefox installed the latest update and my computer quit working. I have reset it and uninstalled and reinstalled it. Nothing works. I have an older (2014) ASUS laptop with 4 GB RAM, Intel Core i3 CPU @1.8 GHz and 285 GB free space, so it should work. Other applications work fine but every time I open Firefox, it locks up and I have to reboot the computer. Nothing I have tried works. Please help.

I would try creating a new profile. [Manager - Create, remove, or switch Firefox profiles]
