Hello,

The problem is that there is a different recipient in the sent mail list than in the open e-mail. Can I ask for help in resolving such error? I would like to add that this mailbox is used by several people at the same time.

Try to rebuild the index file of the troubled folder. Right-click the folder - Properties - Repair Folder
