I can't get on Thunderbird it says: The proceedure entry point PKll Derive with flags could not be located in the dynamic link library c:\Program files (x86)\ Mozilla Thunderbird\xul.dll. Then another window said couldn't load xpcom. What do I do now to get my emails again. my provider is Comcast and so is my email.

Uninstall your current version of Thunderbird. This will not touch your profile with all your existing mail and data. Download the recent version from https://www.thunderbird.net/ and install it. Start Thunderbird.

Note, it is always recommended to create a full backup of your Thunderbird profile on a regular basis. https://support.mozilla.org/kb/profiles-where-thunderbird-stores-user-data#w_backing-up-a-profile
