Image 1 is from clicking on your email link. Image 2 is the same ,but I moved the browser down so you could see both

This is a known bug on Catalina when you open an external link when Firefox isn't running.

  • 1600153 - macOS 10.15 Catalina - two firefox windows are opened when clicking on external link
