Hi

If you scroll up that menu, you should see Settings at the bottom of the list.

You can no longer scroll. The symbol list with share and refresh is also missing. Pictures from a Samsung tablet with Android 10, as requested!

Yes, I can see Settings at the bottom of the list in your images, the title with the cogwheel icon.
