I get the following error message when trying to play video on a website using the Firefox browser on an Android TV Box.

"The media playback was aborted due to a corruption problem or because the media used features your browser did not support"

Any one else had these issues and know how to resolve this problem?

Hi

Firefox for Android is not designed for Android TV devices. Android TV apps are built to work on Android TV devices - you will need to use a dedicated Android TV app web browser.

Thanks for the reply Seburo, We have dedicated Android TV app web browsers - Including the Firefox one - and none of them will play embedded video.

We are also unable to play video using Bitchute and the Rumble App.

Is there anything else you could think of that we could try?

Thanks again  :-)

Hi

Mozilla does not currently build or support Firefox for Android TV.

I recommend that you check your devices app store for a suitable browser.
