delete feed when folder is deleted

I deleted a folder associated with an rss feed. I can not remove feed since it does not show up in the manager list. If I attempt to re-add it, I can not because Thunderbird says I already have that feed.

have you looked in the trash for feeds? I think you will find it there.

Before I noticed the problem, I had emptied the trash...but thanks for the suggestion.
