Seperate accounts for work / private email issue
Hi team! I´ve been using my private account also as an office account for my work laptop for over 1.5 years now. Now I wanted to split these things and create a second account via following routine:
primary account was mp.*§$%@gmail.com I added my office email as secondary email: mwo*"§$@company.com I changed secondary to primary email and deleted the mp.*§$%@gmail.com from the account
Now i wanted to create a new account with mp.*§$%@gmail.com for my private things but I only get the login screen to type in my password, so there is no chance to create a new one with my private email.
Could you please give me any hints on this?
Thanks in advance!
PS: yesy the private email with smth like "+firefox" would work, but I want to keep things clean and memorable.
Chosen solution
So, you would propose the following:
Create a new account with a third email for private use and then after creation, switch primary email to my proposed email?
That´s an interesting path. I will try it and give you feedback
Thanks

With sync, you need a separate e-mail for each account that you want.
Hi Fred,
that´s clear for me.
the problem is: my private email address is already removed from my work account, so in my opinion I should be able to create a new account with my private email. But this isn´t possible, as the email is still staved somewhere on the Mozilla servers.

First, create an email account for each sync account you want to use. Note: Some providers only allow one per user. So use different providers.
Make sure you don't end up confusing them.
