I marked a spam email as Junk. Where did that go, I don't see it in Spam, or Trash?

Chosen solution

Under Preferences/Privacy&Security you can specify (by checking a box) that messages marked as Junk are deleted immediately. Uncheck this box and select a directory where junk should go.

Dar I can't find preferences. Looked in those 3 horizontal bars, Tools > account settings,

where do I find that?
