recovering lost emails

After recovering from a computer crash, I lost my TB profile and all emails, but my calendar and address book are still there. From reading on here I think that means the 10 years worth of emails are not hopelessly lost.

I tried several things to recover the profile, but nothing worked. So I have created a new profile. How can I recover the old emails and move them to my new profile?
