Crash Reporter on close
Just installed Win 11. Now when I close Firefox I get the Crash Report dialogue and then option to quit or restart Firefox. Help needed.
Chosen solution
You likely need to uninstall Winzip courier as disabling may not be sufficient to prevent injecting its DLLs in Firefox.

This is a problem with WinZip Courrier that tries to inject some DLL files in Firefox.

Update your protection programs. If the problem continues, disable them as a test.
Is there a WinZip add-on in the browser? Type about:addons<enter> in the address bar to open your Add-ons Manager. Hot key; <Control> (Mac=<Command>) <Shift> A)
In the Add-ons Manager, on the left, select Extensions.
Winzip courier disabled. Problem still there

Removing Winzip Courier worked. Thanks

WiZip Courier 11 has yet to be certified on Windows 11 and we are still performing testing to certify it. But we thank you for bringing this to our attention as we had not yet encountered it in our testing routines. It is likely that either the Courier extension for Firefox will be re-released through the Firefox Add-Ons store or as an update to Courier 11 itself where a new installer would be downloaded. Unfortunately I don't have an exact ETA on when this will happen, only that the testing teams are actively working on this as top priority.
