I am using the latest version of Firefox and I am experiencing problems with the playback of a "MATTERPORT" 3D tour. please help! Dr Louis Swanepoel. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
