I am trying to move from windows live mail to thunderbird (version 91.3.2). I have a large number of emails that I would like to move. I have tried several times to load the .xpi addon from inportexporttools . Thunderbird reports that the .xpi is corrupt. Does anyone have an alternative to inportexport tools. thanks

You need to use ImportExportTools NG. https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/addon/importexporttools-ng/
