So i wanted to forget about this one website because it keeps automatically recommending it to me because of my browser history for it. i just want to go to this bookmarked site but it ALWAYS goes to the one thats in my history. i clicked "forget about this site" yet it still pops up. please help.

As you can see by the attached star, this suggestion is coming from a bookmark and you need to remove this bookmark or disable bookmarks for suggestion shown in the location bar drop-down list.

Note that "Forget About This Site" doesn't work for bookmarks, so that explains why this failed for you.

That could be the form filler built into Firefox. Click in the field, enter a character or two and STOP ! Using the arrow keys, highlight an unwanted entry. Then press Shift + Delete

Repeat as needed.

I did that and the website still shows up afterwards, do i have to do this every time? like it recommends acnl.fandom.com but every time i do shift + delete it does that, and then when i type in "ac" i get that recommended again
