Hello. I want to save my username in websites but not password, so I ended up saving the real username and a fake pwd (and I type it manually everytime I want to login). Is there a way for disabling Firefox asking to update the saved password (but keeping the 'fake' pwd saved)? Thanks.

You can prevent Firefox from asking to update a saved password by creating a login block exception for this origin (protocol and hostname) in "Settings -> Privacy & Security". This is also useful for saving a password in cases when the website modifies the password field before submitting the login form.

By the way, is there a way for syncing those exceptions with Firefox Nightly for Androdid? I don't see it in the sync option there, but would be one useful thing to sync (as you sync passwords)... Thanks. Luigi.
