unable to use Thunderbird with outlook after windows 11 install. receiving message "user is authenticated, but not connected". have tried just about everything...deleting, pop, etc. Any advice...really miss Thunderbird.

Is this an outlook.com consumer account? What are your settings? Is two-step verification on the account? Is there a VPN?
