I attempted to move the Trash folder to a different position in the list of folders without using the tool provided l to do that. I clicked and held on Trash to reposition it and when I had it in the position I wanted I let go. Trash became a sub-folder of Junk. How do I undo that.

Chosen solution

David's answer is logical, but my 'method' only made the sub-folder a sub-folder of where ever I tried place it. Frustrated, I move it to the hierarchically main folder, my e-mail account name. That resulted in the in the sub-folder being converted to a main folder placed at the bottom of the list. Then easily moved using the manual sort folders tool.

Use the same skill by which you accidentally moved it there.
