Adjust detail in column under Name.
The list of Names/Titles/Addresses in the column on the left of my computer screen is in a mess and I need to tidy it up. I also wish to add identification to some Names/Titles/Addresses by embolden or use different colours if possible.

Can you post a picture of that?
I tried to paste a copy of a snip and it wouldn’t run. The column is headed "Name" Underneath it run a list of titles.
There should be an 'add images' section to add attachment at bottom of web page of your topic. At least, there is one for me. Without seeing what you're referencing, I don't see how anyone can help. Please try again.
I can't find it. Could you give me a pointer?
This image may help.
I can't find< "Image Attachment" anywhere so how do I get it?
You posted earlier that you copied a snip of the image. That's what I need you to upload.
I have tried a number of ways to attach a copy of a snip showing the column with no success and I'm unable to attach to a reply to the email address you used to send this message so I give up.
re :I'm unable to attach to a reply to the email address you used to send this message
You do not use the email address - you never use a 'Reply' to a 'no-reply' email address. You use the forum website as shown in the image posted by david. All questions and comments are created in the forum - not in emails. The email you receive is to let you know what comment has been posted.
You can easiy get to the correct website page - In the email you receive, below the text - this bit you are currently reading - will be a large blue button with the text 'Post a Reply' - click on that 'Post a Reply' blue button and the correct webpage will open in new tab in your browser.
OR you could create a bookmark in your browser which takes you directly to your forum profile where you will see a list of all the questions you asked. Selecting from the list then takes you to the correct location. Where is that profile - here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/user/Balliol1974
In this question in the forum where it says 'Post a Reply' you enter some text
below it is the 'Add images' - click on the 'Browse' button
locate the image you created - it must be an image file eg: jpg
You cannot put an image into a Word document and then try to upload because a Word document is not an image file.
select the image file - click on 'Open' to upload it.
Once image is uploaded it will display, then click on the 'Post Reply' button.
See image below as guide.
Please note - in this forum question you can get a better view of the image - click on it and it will be much larger.

Many thanks for your most useful message and the information included and please accept my apologies for not working to your system. In response I’m obliged to state that as an 85 year old duffer I never obtained the level of intuitive computerised understanding that seems to attach itself to those of a younger generation. Such matters do not automatically enter the mind of an 85 year old, even a graduate of two English Universities holding three degrees regrettably none of which even touched computing. I’m aware that one should not attempt to use a “No reply email address” although I often attempt to as a mark of frustration at those organisations especially commercial ones who consider that it’s perfectly alright to contact you but it’s not acceptable that one can reply. To suggest that I should have used the image totally ignores the fact that I’m not a mind reader and as a result didn’t have the faintest idea that it was other than a not very pretty picture or that it was related to a website that the email I received was to let me know that a comment had been posted.
As you have not posted the snippet showing the Folder Pane problem, I assume the images posted helped to a degree, but you are stuck trying to locate that 'snippet' you created.
I assume that because you mentioned: I can't find< "Image Attachment" anywhere so how do I get it?
I'm assuming you used Windows snipping tool to capture an image of the screen which shows the Folder Pane. But did you then save it as an image file with a name such as 'FolderPane.jpg' It would have asked you where to save it and you can choose somewhere on your computer such as in the 'Pictures' folder or even on the Desktop for quick access.
After you capture a snip, select the 'Save Snip' button. In the 'Save As' box, type a file name (eg: FolderPane), location (choose the desktop), and type (image file eg: .jpg), and then select 'Save'.
More Info on using Snipping Tool. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/use-snipping-tool-to-capture-screenshots-00246869-1843-655f-f220-97299b865f6b
So when you want to upload that image, in the forum you click on 'Browse' (as shown on previous images) and a window opens allowing you to locate where you stored that image eg: Desktop, you select that 'FolderPane.jpg' file and click on 'Open'. Then it gets uploaded and you will see it as a small image. Then when you click on 'Post Reply' it gets properly posted as a comment in the forum question.
