Hi Team, I've been noticing this peculiar issue happening in the Thunderbird 91.5.0 versions that I've installed in my office systems. Any invites sent for either Zoom/Teams or other meeting apps via Outlook do not show any details. They just appear as blank windows with only the standard format. I have attached the details screenshot.

Can someone please help me in figuring out if this is just an issue with our setup or is this is a more wider ranging bug? I have the Lightning Calendar add-on already installed

Do the details show if you click the ▶ to the left of Ruchita? In the latest beta, the details are expanded by default. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1742101

Hi sfhowes, Sorry about the late reply. I was on leave and couldn't check. Yes, when I click on the ▶ next to Ruchita's name I can see the details. But I don't see the Accept, Reject and other buttons that used to show up so that I could carry out the necessary action and add it to my calendar. So that's one of my queries solved. But it leaves me with a new issue since this is still problematic for those of us on Linux with Thunderbird as the default email client.

I don't know why the buttons don't appear, but I have seen several issues with TB receiving Teams invitations from Outlook. Like some features in TB, the calendar is more of a plaything than something I would rely on for critical functions. Better to have additional means of managing schedules rather than rely on a single, buggy app.
