My Dell laptop automatically downloaded Windows 11 after I said "no". I use Firefox for my primary browser and went to open it but it no longer worked. The app would open, but the window area would be white. I could type something in the address bar and I can see the code for the search, but nothing appears. The refresh icon is faded. I uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, same problem. So then I went back to Windows 10, refreshed Firefox, and still nothing. So I uninstalled and reinstalled it again. Still not working. I don't know what else to do at this point. Microsoft Edge of course still works fine (which is where I am contacting you from right now). What should I do?
