How To Enable Autocapitalize Support In Firefox for Android 99.2.0
I've noticed that the autocapitalize attribute of form inputs on a site I use frequently is ignored by Firefox for Android. Although the inputs' autocapitalize attributes are set to "words," the virtual keyboard does not capitalize the first letter of words. Autocapitalize is enabled for my virtual keyboard. The autocapitalize attribute works on Chrome.
In the browser compatibility section of the autocapitalize article on developer.mozilla.org, it notes that "From version 83: this feature is behind thedom.forms.autocapitalize preferences (needs to be set to true). To change preferences in Firefox for Android, visit about:config." Unfortunately, about:config seems to be disabled in the release/stable versions of Firefox for Android, and I don't want to use Beta or Nightly.
There is a feature request, but it hasn't been active in eight months.
Is there a workaround to get autocapitalization working in Firefox for Android Release?

Hi
At present, the best route would be to add comments and feedback to that open bug report. That bug is actually in respect of Firefox for desktop, but the change should filter through to Firefox for Android.
Okay, thanks.
No problem, glad we could try to help.
