1. When I fill in a username/password, there is about a 10 second delay after selecting the username before the password fills. Same issue with filling forms with address or credit card info. 2. If I tab into a selection box and arrow to the selection, things work as expected. If I pick the box with the pointer and select from the selection boxx offered, there is about a 10 second delay. 3. If I go to the firefox menu and select things like Help,Get Help or Tools,Settings, there is about a 10 second delay. 4. I'm using a screen reader program, Zoomtext, but have the same issue whether the program is enabled or disabled. 5. Windows 10 and Firefox is up to date. 6. I've been having this issue for more than a month, through several Firefox updates.

Any help would be appreciated.

Autofill is turned on for passwords and credi cards. Not sure why that would impact drop down fill boxes and menus?

Did you try Firefox in Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#search

What security software are you running?

1. Using stock Windows security. 2. With all extensions, themes, plug-ins, and hardware accel turned off, still have the problem. 3. With Safe Mode, problem goes away. What else do I need to turn off?

Thanks.

So Firefox in Safe Mode you have no issues, sounds like an add-on is the issue. Turn them back on 1 by 1 to see who's bad.

As noted earlier, I turned off all extensions, plug-in's, themes, and hardware accel, and still had the problem. Only when I run safe mode does the problem go away.

Any ideas?
