This is a community support forum. The company Mozilla does not have the resources to have the call centres that would be required to do one on one support by phone, chat or email even if only for desktop Firefox web browser (free to download and use) and none of the their other products. None of the web browser companies have one on one support, except maybe for paid for Enterprise users.
