Chat account (GTalk) stopped working a few days ago with v.9x and still not working in v.102

Chat account can not connect; message "Error: Not authorized (you have entered an incorrect password?)" I've changed nothing in the settings. Earlier (a few days ago) it worked OK but suddenly stopped to work. In the release notes for v.102 I saw that there are Google Chat authentication improvements, but unfortunately, they didn't help.

Is the authentication for the chat account set up for oauth as the authentication method. Google are progressively enforcing this as preferred and in many cases only authentication method

I have GMail [mail] account, it works and uses OAuth as the authentication method. Today I have deleted the chat account and created a new one from scratch. The account name is same as GMail account. I have not asked for any passwords but the connection still fails. Here is the chat debug log:

Still not working in v.102.1. BTW GTalk chat account do not have authentication settings, only the "Authentication settings" caption.
