Can't add my existing AT&T email account in Thunderbird. Possible default configuration problems. User name, email address, and password work fine accessing AT&T thru their website.

ATT requires Secure Email Key, which is a different password than used on website. More info at https://www.att.com/support/article/email-support/KM1240308
