Firefox comes with a built-in dark theme for the user interface and for most (or all) built-in about pages. There are also more monochrome Colorways themes available and you can possibly create your own theme.

For webpages there is support for @media (prefers-color-scheme:dark) support that webpages that support dark mode can use. For other pages you can search the Add-ons website for a suitable extension.

Note that extensions do not work on most Mozilla websites for security reasons as Mozilla websites have special privileges. To style those pages you would have to use code in userContent.css.
