I have a Message Filter that forwards messages from yahoo to a custom bought company e-mail address, and it works as intended! But for some reason, even though it works, Thunderbird keeps giving me Server error messages. So I'm wondering if there is a way to disable all error messages?

Impossible to say - you haven't shown us the error messages. Screen shot?
